Pre Easter and Kermit!

Hey everyone, I am in the big city of Kermit Texas! Kermit is an oilfield community that was booming last year and busting this year! I am staying at the Kermit Inn and it is almost empty but for me and Wes James who is leading music this week. But hey we are having a great time with some great people and Alfredo Nunez experienced life change last night! Yea! Here is a picture or two from the pre-Easter retreat down in the hill country of Texas. It was great, about 740 students and a beautiful setting. It was too cool to see students of all backgrounds and socioeconomic groups having a blast together. It was also great to be with some friends and family while I was there. Kayla is the reluctant volunteer in pic # three! Ha Ha! OK well, I leave here Wednesday night to go to Venezuela for the wedding of Arturo Gomez, then New York to check out a mission possibility, then back home for the Retreat in Glenrose and home for the whole month of May. I am ready for a little family time!!!!!! :-) Hey gotta go! Life is ticking away, and I'm not getting any younger! Ha! David
