Hey everyone, I just returned home from Venezuela. I did not have access to wireless so I will give a report. The country of Venezuela is going through a dramatic transition that has yet to be defined completely. However, the people are a beautiful and gracious as any on earth. While the Socialistic policy changes are having an immediate positive effect on the poor and working class, history teaches it will lead to a decline in progress and growth as well as deter personal excellence. The most frightening thing is the centralization of Power. In every known case throughout history, absolute power corrupts absolutely. On a good note this has led to a new freedom of worship that the previous corrupt democratic government would not allow. Here is a picture of the La Ceinga church where we spent most of our time. A big shout out to Jimmy, Loal, and Janet who traveled with me and were great partners in the work. More later. In 10 days I will be in Kenya for 10 days so keep up and let me hear from you. Life is short so live it!!!!!!!
